Tom Cleaver

Tom Cleaver has been in the battery industry since 2012. He has been CEO, working full time for Cognition since its founding and combines senior management activities with product development work. Prior to starting Cognition, Tom spent 5 years at Oxis Energy running development projects to improve the Li-S chemistry and work with customers on systems integration activities. Before this he worked at Thales UK leading development of software defined electronic warfare equipment.
