Leah Morgan

Diagnostic Project Engineer, UKAEA

Leah Morgan is a project engineer working in fusion energy research at the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) – the UK Government’s fusion research facility. Leah specialises in defining, designing, and installing fusion diagnostics on current and future fusion devices. These diagnostics measure the conditions present inside fusion devices and are instrumental in retrieving data during operations. Leah joined UKAEA in 2018 through their Graduate Scheme and is now responsible for some of the most sophisticated scientific equipment in the world.
